About the role
This

Responsibilities

Act as a finance SME to ensure maximum value from the Pronto ERP system.
Drive the adoption and use of the Pronto ERP system.
Work with stakeholders across the business to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrate a customer

- focus in all behaviours which may include handling challenging and complex customer service enquiries.

Serve as the escalation point from the Systems and Support Manager where required for technology related issues and / or requests relating to the Pronto ERP system.
Act as overflow / backup to Systems and Support Manager to support daytoday business support requirements.
Provide expertise to the project team to ensure that all elements of the project plan are realistic and achievable.
Assist the project team with training plans and rollout plans as required.
Work with the project team to ensure that all elements of the ERP are documented as part of any upgrade or development.
Assist in testing activities as required to ensure that the system works endtoend, integrates with other systems successfully, and data is consistent.

Desired Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business and / or Finance/Accounting.
Experience in Pronto ERP is critical, preferably with a strong finance background.
Proven experience in using and implementing the Pronto Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets)
Technical competence and working knowledge of systems support in a complex environment.
Experience in the creation and maintenance of business or technology processes.
Experience delivering ERP training and support.
