The College is the official pathway provider into Western Sydney University, offering programs in the form of Integrated Diploma/Bachelors, Extended Diplomas and University Foundation Studies.

We focus on preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate study by developing their academic, learning, and study skills through a range of programs.

The College is also an RTO - Registered Training Organisation - offering innovative, flexible and tailored training that meets the needs of individuals and modern workplaces.

The College is a not-for-profit and wholly owned entity of Western Sydney University.

Located at the heart of one of Australia's fastest growing economic regions, The College is committed to unlocking the potential of the Western Sydney community, regardless of background or prior education, and places emphasis on strong partnerships and investments in infrastructure and innovation.

We are currently seeking a new CEO who will be responsible for leading the overall direction and operational management of The College.

Specifically, the CEO will develop and deliver The College's strategic plan and the underpinning objectives, policies, approaches, and programs.

The position will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction whilst driving efficiency initiatives and focusing on results to ensure high quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key to the success of the role is the ability to actively build and maintain strong and positive relationships with a broad range of external stakeholders, while keeping abreast of market trends and opportunities.

The CEO will lead and further develop The College into a thriving enterprise providing high quality and innovative educational pathways to Western Sydney University.
