Description
We are looking for a motivated and hard working HSEQ Administration Assistant to join our HSEQ team.


The successful applicant will perform a range of support duties to the HSEQ team as a whole, with a focus on maintenance of safety and compliance, as well as project and general administration support.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Generate the Project Management plans as required
  • Set up and maintain Project Management Plan requirements, for example; signage, emergency response, safe operating procedures etc
  • Update and maintain the Safety Data Sheet register
  • Issue and review subcontractor prequalification letters when requested
  • Update and manage the subcontractor register
  • Maintain third party prequalifications as required
  • Update and manage the incident register
  • Issue Modern Slavery Declarations and maintain the Modern Slavery register
  • Manage and administer the issue of employee uniforms, including ordering and maintaining stock
  • Manage and administer the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to the business, including ordering and maintaining stock
  • Manage and administer the first aid kits across the business, and replenish stock when required
  • Contact and liaise with external suppliers for company uniforms, PPE, first aid kits etc
  • Provide project and general administrative support as directed by the HSEQ Manager


If you have previous experience in a similar role and meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.


To be successful you must have:

  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • Previous experience in HSEQ administration (desirable)
  • Experience within the civil construction industry (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Proficient in use of MS Office packages
  • Demonstrated organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
