Receptionist/Education consultant required for our Melbourne Office for immediate start.

Duties

• Provide professional consultation to international students in relation to various courses and education providers
• Assist students to facilitate their admissions to various Australian Universities and Colleges
• Maintain strong relations with students and generate new leads
• Attend in person visitors and phone calls
• Assist in formulation of marketing strategies
• Create content for and engage with prospective clients via social media
• Conduct informational seminars/webinars for prospective students.
• Communicate with students in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with various colleges/university/health insurance providers etc
• Other Ad hoc duties as instructed by the management

Qualities

• Previous experience in education counselling in Australia preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of English
• Motivated and able to achieve set targets
• Be a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) or be willing to become qualified
• Interested in a longterm career
• Be well organized, follow procedures and work under stress and strict deadlines
