Carbiz is has an exciting opportunity for an office manager to join our Mascot office
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, management and organisation of the office and workplace events, including streamlining of procedures and managing office productivity and effectiveness.
The Office Manager is an energetic individual who is highly organised, has strong relationship building skills and does not mind wearing many hats.
Role requirements
- Travel management bookings
- Assist with data entry of etoll and driving fines, including payment and posting
- General filing, record keeping and administrative tasks
- Arrange and distribute business cards and liaise with design team for printing
- Book in maintenance and repairs of broken/ damaged plant and equipment
- Review state of office and ensure office and kitchen is tidy and dishwasher packed/unpacked each day
- Maintain and purchase stationery and office supplies
- Organise the monthly team lunch and the monthly birthday cake
- Update TV/ staff intranet noticeboard with company notices and events
- Assist Vibe team where required
- General office maintenance
- Sign the business and individuals up for business awards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Previous administrative experience of 12 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Google Grive
- High level communication skills
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised
