- At least 10 years of experience in setting up and maintaining WAN networks – Fibre, DWDM, SDH/PDH, MPLS-TP for large enterprises such as Telco's or Utility Companies.
- Identify issues, provide resolutions, recommend bandwidth estimations, monitor KPIs- and recommend any upgrades to new technologies
- Knowledge and experience with various communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, and Ethernet/IP.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting industrial communication equipment.
- Experience with SCADA systems and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
