    To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Site Services team. This full-time position will be an 8:6 Roster.
    About the opportunity

    Reporting to the Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be required to ensure full compliance of employees across various sites and mobilise these employees as per the site work schedule.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinating and managing all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including:
      • Booking training
      • Booking medicals
      • Collecting tickets and qualifications
    • Maintaining client databases
    • Acting as a main point of contact for the client and the employees
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Managing all labour hire onboarding requirements


    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • 2+ years' in a similar mobilisation role
    • Prior experience in travel and compliance is advantageous
    • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to improvise and demonstrate initiative
