The Team


You'll be a key member of the Business Continuity and Risk team within our Health, Safety and Security (HSS) unit and partner with our HSS advisors, Human Resources colleagues and across the business each day.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Reporting directly to the Head of Business Continuity and Risk you will: _
  • Facilitate and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Oversee our Emergency Planning Committees and warden systems for each location
  • Maintain incident and crisis management team membership and coordinate support in the event of a major incident.
  • Assist with crisis and incident management exercises (desktop, BCP testing, scenario workshops etc).
  • Deliver wider programs as required related to Health, Safety and Security (HSS) risk and assurance.

Skills and Experience
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career.

  • 2+ years in a business continuity, and/or emergency management environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining data sets and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrable skills as a strong team player, able to work in a matrixed or shared services environment in a complex organisation.
