    Are you an engaging and passionate Director of Nursing looking for their next opportunity to make a difference?

    We are seeking a driven manager who has proven success at managing a large home, meeting KPIs and leading a team to deliver excellent resident care. Bringing with you good tenure, you are a loyal manager who has a genuine care for your team and residents delivering the support and stability this lovely facility deserves.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care standards, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
    • Proven ability at developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
    • Ensure that all staff adhere to the values, objectives, policies, and procedures of organisation.
    • Demonstrate continuous improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education, and staff development.
    • Collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience for all internal and external parties.

    The successful candidate has:

    • 3+ years working as a Facility Manager in a large home.
    • MUST be an AHPRA registered nurse.
    • Have a genuine care for your residents and their well-being.
    • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
    • Proactive with an ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
    • Ability to lead a team through new Aged Care Quality standards.
    • Strong business acumen with proven ability at meeting organisational KPIs.
    • Positive leader with effective communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
