The Role:

Reporting to the State Manager, you will utilise your exceptional organisational, communication and relationship building skills to manage the day-to-day operations for the Restorx team

This position reflects the benchmark in expertise, leadership, training, mentoring, client and customer engagement and satisfaction for the Group. acquisition


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement & deliver against tangible business strategies
  • Liaise with internal and external agencies to manage highvolume recruitment
  • Maintain & develop a consistent team culture, ensuring top staff remain engaged
  • Identify manage and maintain constantly high team performers
  • Manage recruitment, staff performance, as well as training & development
  • Promote career progression opportunities for team members throughout the wider Group
  • Be engaged & supportive of wider Group goals, strategy & direction
  • Ensure all OH&S requirements are adhered to as prescribed by legislation & the Johns Lyng Group

Key Selection Criteria:


Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.


  • Ability to lead & motivate a team
  • Support team members to identify suitable training and development goals.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • An understanding of workforce planning principles
  • Construction or Restoration experience highly regarded, however not essential
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Sound work ethic
  • Computer literacy
  • Current motor vehicle licence


This position would suit someone with previous experience in blue collar recruitment, HR or talent acquisition looking for a new challenge in 202- Please note: A criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process.
