Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Data Analyst at Findata, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to uncover valuable insights and trends for our clients.

You will collaborate with Findata's teams as well as the client's teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create reports and visualizations that provide actionable recommendations to our clients.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Findata and make a significant impact on the way businesses utilise data.


Responsibilities:


  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to support reporting and analysis.
  • Create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their data requirements and provide datadriven recommendations.
  • Conduct adhoc data analysis to support business decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data mining concepts.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
