About the Role

Are you ready to be the voice of BOQ Group? As a Communications Specialist within BOQ Group, you'll play a crucial role in executing communications that resonate with our bankers and customers alike.

Your mission will be to engage stakeholders with our strategy and support leaders in driving positive change adoption throughout the Bank's transformation journey.

You'll foster connections and achieve key metrics in employee engagement and communications participation, aligning with the broader team for cohesive and impactful communication efforts.


About you

We're on the lookout for a Communications Specialist who is not just passionate about communication but is also a master of influencing change.

With a proven track record in executing impactful communications and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll be integral in executing the communications activities and experiences that engage and inform our stakeholders.
