Description

Our client is a well-known Superannuation Fund who has an opportunity for a Website Support Analyst to join the business on an 18 month fixed term contract.

This role will support the digital and technical teams with website support including:

Creating templates for marketing and the website
Content and campaign support updates, improvements and changes
Assisting in back end technical support (Development experience not required)
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure digital requirements have been met
Investigation and prioritisation of digital tickets, with resolution where possible. If the issue is unable to be resolved, passing onto technical teams.

Salary will range between $80,000 - $100,000 package and will be able to offer flexible working models. At this stage the role will be on an 18 month fixed term contract.
