Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced
Test Manager for our esteemed Federal Government Client for a start in the New Year

About the Role:

As a Test Manager, you will own the Test Strategy and have accountability for implementing a test automation first approach.

You will grow and continually develop new in-house test capabilities, with a clear directive for test automation within the context of CI/CD delivery structures.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Take ownership of the Test Strategy, setting direction for the automation plan and implementation.
Provide vision and highlevel technical guidance for automation processes and projects.
Develop the test capability, with an emphasis on test automation, utilizing people, processes and technology.
Manage the planning and execution of testing to meet committed delivery dates.
Provide regular updates on testing status in consultation with Release Train Engineers.
Continually improve testing practices and standards, including tooling, quality insights, metrics, reporting and advanced synthetic testing approaches.

Essential experience:

Experience in leading testing activities in complex environments.
Minimum of five years' experience in Software Automation, preferably in the design, development and implementation of automated tests, as well as the associated tools, frameworks and infrastructures.
Strong understanding of agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
Expert "handson" technical proficiency across a variety of tools, including Selenium and Cucumber.
Knowledge of testing in a Salesforce environment
Desirable.
