We are seeking an

Environmental Specialist with up to five years' experience in

environmental management and/or

approvals to join our passionate team and support the growth of the Environmental Management and Approvals Discipline.


About the Role

  • Assist environmental approvals and compliance deliverables to various clients and industries for both green field and brown field projects.
  • Utilise riskbased framework and operational experience to drive improved, practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver quality project outcomes for clients that are on budget and aligned with schedule.
  • Play an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning.
  • Opportunities for site travel and exposure to private sector, resource industries and government stakeholders.

About You

  • You're looking for a challenge and personal growth.

  • A tertiary engineering or science degree (essential) with 5 years' experience in a similar role within industry, consulting or government.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of environmental legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Ability to work well independently and able to produce high quality of work.
  • Experience in technical report writing.
  • Skills in GIS.
