Production Manager (Joinery) - Western Sydney, NSW

Luxury Retail Joinery Company
Salary band is between $130k $150k + Super

Prosper Recruitment is proud to present this Joinery Production Manager opening to experienced project managers looking to utilise their skills in a well know retail joinery company.

Who does this role suit?

This role will suit experienced production managers that are looking to make the move into a luxury retail joinery company based out in western Sydney.

You will be a good communicator, you know how to bring morale and enthusiasm to your team. You will be open to dealing with the challenges of multitasking and leading a production team.

Work days are Monday - Friday, hours to be discussed with the applicant during the interview stage.

The location of the workshop is in Western Sydney.

Remuneration
Regarding pay, the current salary band is between $130k - $150k + Super.

Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful project manager._

Duties & Responsibilities

Once onboard, you will need to maintain a very good understanding of the manufacturing status of the company's current projects.
You will be managing a small team of 56 staff members.
You will be managing the manufacturing process in the workshop, but also handling the joinery deliveries that come into the factory.
You will be responsible for managing the factory team overall more precisely managing their performance, production, and efficiency without compromising quality.
You will be in charge of handling the external suppliers; these will include metal works and painters for the joinery projects.
You will need to have a good understanding of drawings and be able to answer questions from the team in a timely manner.
