We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team.


Responsibilities include:


_HR__ Operations_**- Responsible for the end to end process of on & offboarding, including but not limited to coordinate with all relevant parties and collect all the signed documents to ensure a complete personnel file filing.

  • Responsible for all lifecycle events i.e. Contract renewal, internal transfers, probation review, promotion, etc. make sure the process is complete, required files are documented, data are updated in systems.
  • Responsible for monthly benefit administration, HR master info and payroll data input, insurance update.
  • Review and issue ondemand letters to employees. Address employees' queries on HR process and policies.
  • Prepare HR headcount & social reports and data analysis for different reporting purpose.
  • Ensure execution of HR Operations and C&B processes in compliance with company policy and regulations as well as relevant local regulatory laws.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and problemsolving skills in resolving issues and responding to HR Services' customers and collaboration partners.
  • Provide support for various HR /activities/events/matters assigned.

_Payroll Execution_

  • Own the operational payroll process and delivery
  • Perform timely and accurate monthly payroll process and ensuring compliance with all local statutory requirements at all levels
  • Collect and validate payroll data input from different sources, calculate and consolidate the payroll input data file and share with payroll provider;
  • Validate payroll and social benefits providers' output of the monthly/annual payroll reports, benefits reports, tax reports, finance reports, etc.;
  • Prepare all payrollrelated reports per requests to HR & C&B leaders;
  • In charge of payroll & social benefits related audit request from HR internal or external agencies;
  • Act as the payroll focal contact to global/regional HR team, finance team and employees to address any payroll related queries;
  • Manage payroll and social benefits providers across the region, have regular supplier review meetings to enhance the overall process and improve suppliers' performance in service excellence, efficiency and data accuracy;
  • Lead the payroll implementation process for new countries as needed

_Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coorindation_

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective processes in place for experienced and fresh talent acquisition for diverse business units including but not limited hiring requirement communication, Talent Sourcing, Selection and Offering
  • Develop effective talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking, other creative channels and some digital tools to improve the recruitment efficiency
  • Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competencybased assessments during their interview
  • Understand and provide market intelligence information to hiring managers and HR managers, come up the appropriate suggestion/action.
  • Build relationships with universities for effective intern and graduate programs
  • Liaise with other teams to share information and assist in analysis where required
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and recruiting technology data integrity.

_Qualifications Required:
_


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years professional work in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as HR Operations, payroll and benefits, recruiting, employee relationship and engagement
  • Experience working in a global matrix work environment preferred.
