We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Integrated Operations team as a
Supply Chain Scheduler within Execution & Deviation Management.

You will be working a lifestyle roster of 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off, based at our Operations Centre in Perth.


The Execution & Deviation Management team coordinate the movement of iron ore from our mines, across the rail network to our port facilities for shipping.

Our close-knit team make best fit business decisions, responding to any deviations to plan, and work closely with our key stakeholders across the iron ore supply chain, to ensure successful delivery of our supply chain schedule.


The Integrated Operations Scheduling team comprises integrating system maintenance, mine SOP, rail, and port schedules to deliver our products to meet customer requirements in terms of quantity, quality and timing.

Reporting to a Senior Supply Chain & Execution Scheduler, the role involves:

  • Managing the supply chain schedule within the 36-hour window to mitigate downside risk and leverage opportunity.
  • Executing the rail schedule across the Pilbara wide network, managing the schedule around known constraints.
  • Managing port stockpile builds to meet shipping plan and product grade requirements.
  • Interfacing closely with mine, rail and port teams to manage deviations and tradeoffs with consideration of product requirements to meet supply chain schedules.
  • Daily reporting of shipping and train performance information and accurately maintaining HOS Port data to enable decision making.
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Port, Rail or Mine scheduling, coordination, quality management or operational supervision experience
  • An understanding of scheduling and supply chain management practices
  • A high level of selfdetermination and a passion for maximising opportunity
  • Ability to communicate complex issues and work with a variety of stakeholders across multiple levels of the business to deliver system outcomes

Our state-of-the-art
Operations Centre (OC) located near the Perth domestic airport, is a key component of our Mine of the Future vision.

The OC control room operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to coordinate our integrated network of mines, rail, power, and ports.

It enables all our mines, ports, and rail systems to be operated from a single location, optimising site activities from 1,500km away.
