How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Coordinator at our Erskine Park Fresh milk plant site.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your new role will be to drive the quality and food safety performance to ensure business, customer and regulatory expectations are met.


  • Lead internal, GMP audits, environmental monitoring and support external audits to ensure quality standards are maintained to regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate all areas of nonconformance and provide recommended outcomes & corrective actions arising from customer complaints, accreditation, regulatory audits.
  • Maintain the Quality Management system ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Provide technical expertise and promote continuous improvements on quality processes.
  • Prepare and deliver quality training, including annual presentations, one on one CCP & QCP training.
  • Maintaining highlevel communication and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent.
  • Working experience in quality within the dairy industry or food manufacturing experience.
  • Sound knowledge of all food laws and regulations including HACCP and other Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Highly organized & attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
