Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients,
Manage project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met
Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards
Manage and control project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders
Identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts as they arise
Manage and supervise onsite construction personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
Ensure that all construction equipment and materials are procured and delivered on time and within budget
Provide regular project updates to senior management and client
5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
Indepth knowledge of construction processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
Experience with project management software and tools, such as Buildertrend.
Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
