Client Details
We are seeking an NSW/ACT State Manager for our client in HVAC industry based in Chipping Norton.

You will maintain and grow the dealer network and ensure sales targets are met.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

Identify new business opportunities by leading your sales team
Contribute to the development and updating of the company strategy.
Develop and update sales plans and budgets in line with the strategic plan
Plan and monitor of new product releases and launches to achieve the distribution and sales results.
Coordinate sales forecasts and review pricing structure
Monitor sales performance to budget and implement contingencies as required.
Manage administration of all contractual agreements between dealers, distributors, trade representatives
Other adhoc duties as requested

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

Experience in leading a sales team in HVAC or electrical wholesale industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop and build customer relationships.
Bachelor's degree
Ability to drive performance and execute
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding stakeholder management ability
