- Exciting opportunity for a payroll specialist to grow their career in an Asia Pacific role covering 7 countries. Based Macquarie Park_
As a valued part of the APAC Payroll team, your role will be to ensure on time and accurate payment of salaries, rewards, allowances, reimbursements and deductions for all employees within the APAC region.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payrolls in Australia within the KPI timeframe
- Actively assist with payroll processing for New Zealand, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and Singapore
- Ensure on time and accurate payment of salaries, rewards, allowances, reimbursements and deductions within the APAC region
- Manage the processing, reconciliation and remittance of tax and various deductions
- Become the expert and goto person in the Region for any payroll queries
- Experience in a payroll position, ideally within a large multinational organisation
- Experience using ADP Globalview is preferred, some exposure to Workday HRIS and SAP would be an advantage
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated experience of creating innovative solutions for administrative problems
- A willingness to learn and an appetite for growth
