We are currently recruiting for a very established Australian company that wants to grow out their delivery lead chapter by an extra

TWO Scrum Masters/Delivery Leads


This large retailer is an ASX listed business and they are implementing innovative product initiatives, which include Data led transformation, Digital, and personalisation.

Be part of a team delivering initiatives across multiple digital channels to help improve their customers overall experience


What you will be doing:

  • Take lead of 12 scrum teams
  • Work with offshore team
  • Sprint planning, standups, sizing, etc is being executed
  • Ensure the team is fully functional and productive
  • Manage sprint delivery

What you need:

  • Experience implementing Agile end to end
-
_eCommerce/ digital background desirable_:


  • Solid experience working as a Scrum Master/ Delivery Lead
  • Experience dealing with hybrid teams (offshore onshore)
  • UX/UI experience (desirable)
  • Worked with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
