SEO/ Search

It is responsible for delivering the Mindshare Performance Media function via utilising systems, processes and practices that enables work to effectively and efficiently move throughout the agency teams and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strategic client relationship and manage scope requirements across Owned Media channels (SEO, Social Listening, CRO)
  • Provide creative and strategic direction to the team to improve client project performance within Organic Search primarily, with consideration to other Owned Media channels and tactics
  • Has deep understanding of the client(s) category and applies to work consistently, to help deliver strategy to increase/maintain client satisfaction
  • Possesses excellent ability to lead a client meeting to a clear outcome
  • Applies deep knowledge/understanding of the Owned optimisation landscape, market and trends
  • Responds to clients and partner agencies in a timely manner consistently managing expectations and ensures team members do the same
  • Utilises specialist digital knowledge to educate the client teams around website and owned asset optimisation offering and operations
  • Support the team and Owned Media Managers within the wider team to own all aspects of digital requirements from strategies, planning, optimization, and importantly the integration with the wider Biddable Media teams (SEM as a leading channel).
  • Oversee and manage development of junior team members on your client account(s).
  • Collaborate and take ownership of upselling opportunities with the client lead and Outcomes leads
  • Develop, present and lead on client QBRs and support the team with demonstrating quality client service
  • Ensure you hit deadlines and manage workflows and tasks for all
