This successful and growing Brokerage has an excellent new opportunity for a Broker Assistant or Trainee/Junior Broker to join their friendly and supportive team.


You will be tasked with providing admin support and assistance to the Senior Broking Team and gain exposure to a wide variety of different clients and risks.

About the Role:


You will enjoy a varied role supporting a small team of brokers with a variety of Domestic and Commercial clients across a broad range of industries.


This will include but is not limited to:

  • Assist with the processing of new business, renewals and endorsements
  • Answer client queries relating to domestic and small business insurance policies
  • Provide high levels of service and followup to clients and prospects
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
  • Preparation of policy documentation
  • Assist with claims and other adhoc tasks as required

About You:


You will have at least of 12-months insurance experience and be looking to build a long-term career in the industry.


You will also demonstrate the following:

  • Clientorientated with a genuine desire to support customers and colleagues
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive environment
  • Processoriented, organised and structured with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
