Familiarity with the Medicare Schedule and claims processes.
Proficiency in electronic medical records implementation.
Supervise compliance with mental health care laws and quality standards, striving for NSQHS Clinical Governance accreditation.
Ensure practice safety and uphold accreditation standards.
Expertise in financial management and reporting.
Skill in optimizing operational systems and controls.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and others.
Offer HR support, including recruitment and onboarding.
Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing business activities.

You will join a dynamic team of mental health experts with extensive experience in research and program development over a quarter-century.
