To help keep Queensland moving, we are actively recruiting for an innovative Program Officer (Document Control) to coordinate support to transport and road infrastructure program and project managers and team members, by leading and coaching Project Support Officers to effectively manage information management requirements for transport and road infrastructure programs and projects.

To be considered for the role of Program Officer (Document Control) you will possess:

Demonstrated experience ensuring project documentation and other records are managed in accordance with set standards and guidelines.
Demonstrated experience assisting in the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives including supporting systems such as SharePoint.
Experience collating, monitoring and reporting on the performance and status of project and program support activities
Proven experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels to ensure accurate and timely information flow
