SCRIBING SERVICES/SCRIBE CONSULTANTS

Must be an Australian Citizen, willing to undertake a National Police Check

Multiple locations across Canberra

With the exception of sitting in interviews, Scribing Services can be carried out remotely and during hours that suit you
Effective People are currently seeking Scribes to engage with our Government Clients.


Scribing Services vary in length and complexity, although generally involve the following:

  • Taking comprehensive notes during interviews
  • Providing shortlisting services
  • Providing reference checks
  • Assessing work sample tests
  • Acting as an independent panel member
  • Minute taking services
  • Acting as a facilitator to help to guide panel members and applicants through various recruitment activities

Key Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify key points and summarise statements
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to the deadline
