What you'll be doing:


As the Online Content Author for Coles Online, you will be responsible for creating the online content for our Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.


You will:


  • Support the Content Manager and Coordinator in the delivery of the content workflow.
  • Manage AEM backend workflows including rules and restrictions around content creation, retirement, and redirection.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
  • Responsible for proofreading and editing content to ensure it is error free and delivered on time.
  • Manage target workspace, audiences, and targeted experiences.
  • Find, test, and mange bugs

You have:


  • 12+ years' experience in content authoring e.g., content author, content producer, ideally in a B2C retail environment
  • Experience in AEM preferred or similar content management systems
  • Experience in writing, editing, and publishing usercentred content for digital audiences
  • Content authoring skills on AEM or similar content platform
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
