What you'll be doing:

As the Online Content Author for Coles Online, you will be responsible for creating the online content for our Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.

You will:

Support the Content Manager and Coordinator in the delivery of the content workflow.
Manage AEM backend workflows including rules and restrictions around content creation, retirement, and redirection.
Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
Responsible for proofreading and editing content to ensure it is error free and delivered on time.
Manage target workspace, audiences, and targeted experiences.
Find, test, and mange bugs

You have:

12+ years' experience in content authoring e.g., content author, content producer, ideally in a B2C retail environment
Experience in AEM preferred or similar content management systems
Experience in writing, editing, and publishing usercentred content for digital audiences
Content authoring skills on AEM or similar content platform
Attention to detail
Excellent writing and communication skills
