We currently have a newly created and exciting role for a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Coordinator ideally based out of our Sydney, NSW offices.

This opportunity will see you:


  • Coordinate, develop & format content for reports in accordance with strict timeframes.
  • Support members of the SHE team as agreed with the Head of SHE with administration tasks, such as preparing program level reports, organising travel & processing expenses.
  • Provide administrative support, such as data input, monitoring, coordination & collation of information, report preparations, and other support as needed for the broader SHE team.
  • Provide assistance with the coordination, promotion & delivery of the Health & Wellbeing program.
  • Provide assistance & participate in coordinating & delivering projects to support SHE initiatives.
  • Development and update to SHE Management System documents in the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Prepare relevant communications for distribution.
About you


As an ideal applicant, you'll have:

  • Strong time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Be an Australian Citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain defence security clearance to a minimum of Baseline.
Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role.

  • Interest in WHS or Environmental Management coordination or previous experience in a similar role (advantage).
  • Ability to positively respond to rapidly changing demands is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities and demands will be highly regarded.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Some knowledge of WHSE requirements as deployed in a manufacturing environment, or similar industry.
Clearances

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
