Nick Scali Furniture is seeking a highly driven and ambitious sales leader to join our Macgregor team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working weekends.

About you:

Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling highvalueticket items
Have a "cando" attitude and a strong desire to maximise your earning potential
Can show us that you are driven to succeed, ambitious, and able to successfully lead and coach a highperforming sales team
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service skills
Are able to work every weekend and enjoy time off during the week.
Have previous experience in leading a team in a sales environment
Are immaculately presented, suitable for a highend showroom environment

About the role:

Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
Leading a team to successfully achieve their KPIs
Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care to ensure speedy responses to customer needs and wants.
Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team
Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
