Located in Reservoir and with a reputation for success, we are seeking an experienced or junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties for this outstanding office with a director that truly cares about his team.
_What does the role entail?_
- Managing a neat and clean portfolio
- Working Monday
- Friday
- NO WEEKENDS
- Support from administration gives you a strong work life balance.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections
- Managing maintenance for residential properties
_About you:
_
Along with having a positive attitude & being a great team player you will bring:
- Ideally 3-6 months minimum experience and confidence in managing a portfolio
Agents Representative Certificate is essential:
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate organisation and punctuality
- A passion for helping others with customer service excellence
