The Job.
Reporting through to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Collection of overdue asset finance, consumer & commercial accounts
Identifying high risk accounts and managing the risk accordingly
Resolve outstanding matters in a proactive manner and liaise internally as required aiming for prompt mutually beneficial solutions
Help develop and streamline current processes and procedures where appropriate
Liaising internally and externally as appropriate to ensure both customer and business satisfaction

You.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

Minimum 2 years experience working within asset finance collections.
Experience working with early stage collections through to loss recoveries is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve queries effectively.
Strong attention to detail along and a passion for working in a high energy, fast paced business environment.
Enjoy speaking to customers, building relationships, improving cash flow and reducing outstanding debt.
