The Company
Our client is a highly reputable top-tier law firm that have a great reputation for looking after their employees. They also do a lot of work in the community and give back through pro-bono work.

The Opportunity
This is a very exciting role to join their leading corporate team. They are a dynamic group that love what they do. As a team, they work collaboratively and very supportive of one another.

In this role you will be supporting the partner and a team of lawyers.

Some of your duties will include;

Monthly billing and accounts reporting/management
Document and file management of multiple files
Liaising with clients and other parties
Attending to efiling processes
Organising travel, flights and accommodation

About You

You will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a law firm in corporate law.

In this fast-paced role, you will need to be an all-rounder, be able to work as part of the team, meet tight deadlines and provide high level administrative support to the partner and team of lawyers.
