- Manage multidisciplinary teams conducting rigorous mixed methods research and evaluations.
- Develop and oversee program logic models, theory of change, and evaluation frameworks.
- Spearhead innovative approaches to utilise both existing and new data for measuring client outcomes.
- Foster strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders for designing and executing evaluation projects.
- Prepare high-quality written evaluation findings, including business cases and parliamentary briefs.
- Cultivate a culture of evaluative thinking across the agency, enhancing organisational capacity for evaluations.
- Competitive pay rate of $750 and $900 per day at EL2 Level, including casual loading, providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise.
