Act as a member of the Purchasing and Procurement team, you will primarily be working in conjunction with the Purchasing Officers to source pre-defined products.


Key to this position is a good working knowledge of an industrial kitchen and being able to think and act fast to the ad hoc requirements that occur on a daily basis to help meet our diverse customer expectations.

What a typical day looks like

  • Support operational functions providing insights to support forecasting, consultation on regarding ad hoc sourcing and item specifications management.
  • Assist/ manage sourcing activities in conjunction with the content and implication of customer contracts in terms of material, costs and operational profits.
  • Support the commercial team with customer menu presentation sourcing and ordering
  • Works with key internal stakeholders to source new products and services to deliver innovative and costeffective outcomes.
  • In conjunction with the Procurement team, work with key approved suppliers to develop new products or solutions to satisfy the customer requirements.
  • Supporting with the day to day ordering across multiple facilities.
We are interested in speaking with individuals who possess:

  • From 3 years' experience in Procurement/ Purchasing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in using ERP systems.
  • Food and Beverage industry background is required.
  • Sound MS Office computer skills are required.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
