Rabobank has an opening for a Change Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover role.

You will join a highly engaged team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of the office and at home.

Reporting to the Head of Change, you will work alongside project teams to make an impact in the delivery of change management objectives and outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across end-to-end change.


Top Role Accountabilities:


  • Contributing to the design, development, delivery and implementation of project change strategy and plans
  • The development of communications, stakeholder engagement activities, change impact assessment, training, performance support, change readiness assessment and implementation activities
  • Partnering with other change managers, learning and communications specialists working across projects to ensure consistency and coordination of change efforts
  • Working with business stakeholders to assess change readiness and steps required to deliver project change
  • Tracking metrics to measure success post implementation and adoption
  • Supporting the transition of all initiatives to businessasusual activities (including training and induction of new employees)

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Change Manager role
  • Demonstrated experience in endtoend change management
  • Proven success developing successful business and customer experience change solutions
  • An understanding of regulatory change
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships, challenge the status quo, and influence effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in written presentations and facilitation of crossfunctional meetings
  • Agile change delivery highly regarded
