Job Summary


We are in need of a highly capable Production Co-Ordinator to schedule and run the day-to-day management of our production team and jobs.


The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • High degree of organisation and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with managing a team within the manufacturing industry
  • Ability and skills with hands on display building will be highly regarded
  • Experience in the print/display industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attitude and work ethic

Displays 2 Go is a fast-growing business specialising in the creation of portable display equipment for exhibitions, product launches, media events, and shopping centre demonstrations.

We have a large list of great clients that continues to grow.

We are constantly working to deadlines, so all our staff are great at keeping up Our office environment is fast-paced as we manage a multitude of individual clients and jobs each day, and we are always working on something interesting.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsibility for overseeing the production of regular orders and the efficiency of the production team with guidance from management
  • Planning of workload and strong awareness of product stock levels to ensure efficiency
  • Hands on display building and training team in production methods
  • Liaising with our sales and customer service teams and providing them with support as required
  • Works with Purchasing Co-Ordinator to ensure external orders are placed in a timely fashion and inventory levels are maintained
  • Reports to Senior Management

  • Production planning: 1 year (preferred)
