About the Position:
_**This position will be responsible for supporting the sales and business development activities of the Perth Branch.


Specifically, this role will involve:

• Managing and administrating customer service requests for existing and new customers
• Creating quotes and identifying stock cost & logistic availability
• Order processing and invoicing
• Regular reporting of sales, procurement and stock movement activities
• Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers
• This role involves occasional travel with Branch and Business Development Managers to meet with customers_
• 5/2 roster, Monday to Friday

_ About You:
_

• Prior experience in internal sales, product support or business administration
• Prior experience with regular reporting and invoicing
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 and computer skills
• Knowledge of tyre and rim products desirable, but not essential
• Knowledge of or experience in automotive or mining industries desirable, but not essential
