The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a
Business Process Modeller to join the Product and Quality Group. The role is a full-time temporary opportunity until March 2024, and location is negotiable across TAFE NSW Campuses.


The Business Process Modeller is responsible for the discovery, development, and review of business process models to support process-based management and business improvement for the Product Transformation Program.

The role assists the Senior Process Analysts and Business Process Managers with engaging business stakeholders to document and identify process gaps to enable the development of improvement strategies to support organisational strategic goals.


About You

You will have sound experience in business process modelling using BPMN and enterprise modelling software (Visio and/or ARIS), process architecture, developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.


You will have excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills as well as problem solving skills, to extract and analyse process information and related content from existing documentation and stakeholder input to convert or develop process models.

You will be highly proactive and advocate process improvement initiatives to capture and refine process documentation.

You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure through significant organisational and cultural change to establish process excellence with all stakeholders.

You will have sound technical expertise and be detail orientated.

You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team to achieve business outcomes and taking initiative towards innovation, process-based management and best practice.
