Description
Salary: $2,391 to $2,679 per fortnight, (based on 70 hours per fortnight) plus superannuation and a 9 day fortnight. We also offer a hybrid working from home arrangement.
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

About us
Hornsby Shire is located on Sydney's upper north shore, approximately 25 kilometres north of the CBD. Known as the 'Bushland Shire', our local government area is characterised by bushland comprising national park, major waterways, natural reserves and rural landscape. The rest of the Shire combines urban, rural and open spaces.
About the role
This position is an operational role that provides administration support within Council's Infrastructure & Major Projects Division. The position will facilitate the provision of quality customer services to stakeholders and customers and provide project and administrative services.
The position is required to participate in and, at times, lead other initiatives that aim to progressively improve the Infrastructure & Major Projects Division's processes, practices and customer services.
About you
The Administration Support Officer role requires an individual who;
Is proactive and enthusiastic with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Provides high quality customer service
* Has the ability to set and meet deadlines
* Has excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, and
* Possesses excellent computer skills
Previous experience facilitating the smooth running of a busy team using your process and procedural skills will be essential.
