Our Customer Digital Experience (CDX) Tribe focus on designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences to our retail and commercial customers.

Specialising in usability, accessibility and cross digital channel synergies. Powered by exceptional engineering and experience design.


As a Technology Product Owner, you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad.

You will constantly prioritizes tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making.


You will also ensure that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage inter-dependencies.

Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanizing the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.

What will your day look like
Enthusiastic to lead delivery enablement squad for AnzApp and Internet Banking channels
The service health and technology roadmap for the assets, platform and environments
Work closely with Solution and Infrastructure Architect on design principles and alignment of services
Investing time to upskill into new Technologies, Tools and how we can utilize into ANZ environments
The asset/service is well managed i.e., vulnerability management, ALM, periodic testing, documentation, audit issues, risks, playbooks
Tracking and addressing technical defects; Co-ordinating with Architects for design approach wherever applicable
Identifying tech debt and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) items
Fixing production issues relating to the asset/service
Planning and prioritization of work with Tribe performance Lead and Product/Capability area leads (PAL/CAL)
Understanding the value (Customer/Business) of what the squad works on and being clear how it aligns to the Tribe/ANZ's priorities
Build Strong technical squads/teams for our funded initiatives in the pipeline
Ensure Development aligns to continuous integration, deployment and testing strategy
Ensure Delivery aligns to all non-functional and operational requirements as per tribe playbook
Monitor delivery risk and issues across initiatives
Maintain financials of the initiatives worked on by the squad
Ensuring relevant coding standards (Golang/Java/Python) are being adhered to for the asset/service
What will you bring?

Experience in the life cycle of an IT Asset (demand and idea to production Support)
