- Conduct in-depth analysis on key audiences and products to pinpoint opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop and enhance dashboards for executive, management, and team-level presentations.
- Collaborate with relevant team members to address product tagging and tracking requirements and construct custom data marts for downstream analyses and reporting.
- Assist in setting OKRs (objectives and key results), including performance forecasting and results communication through dashboards.

- Proficient in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources using a range of tools and techniques, including:

- Proficiency in SQL for database interrogation;
- Experience with business intelligence systems such as Tableau;
- Familiarity with popular Marketing Automation/CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Braze.

The Senior Product and Growth Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving commercial value through data-driven insights that support well-informed decision making. You will gather and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and actionable recommendations for strategic product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
