As Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator for Disney+ Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all marketing campaigns for Disney Streaming Services in the region.

In this role, the primary focus is to promote content on Disney+ (new and existing) with the intention of keeping subscribers actively engaged and retained on the service.


Communications planning

  • Holistic content planning and ultimate implementation of all lifecycle communications
  • Collaboration with relevant business units to synchronise messaging and merchandising across the business
  • Maintenance and circulation of communications planning documents for input and feedback
  • Ideation and optimisation opportunities to enhance communications performance
  • Liaison with markets across the world to share case studies and best practices
  • Participation in strategy workshops to further enhance the communications program

Communication implementation

  • Sourcing approved assets and copy for use in digital communications
  • Facilitating internal sign off of communications from key stakeholders
  • Liaison with marketing operations teams to schedule and deploy campaigns, including submission and management of Jira tickets
  • Attendance of weekly forums to discuss ticket, deployment progress and ontime delivery
  • Proofing and final quality assurance of all communications prior to deployment

Communications reporting

  • Collaboration with analytics team to classify/categorise campaigns for lifecycle dashboards
  • Collation of results/performance for interpretation by the lifecycle team and the rest of the business
  • Collation of reporting for all experimentation and optimisation initiatives
  • Development of written briefs for data analysts where bespoke analysis is required

Qualifications:


  • 12 years' experience in related CRM and retention marketing roles, or a recent graduate with relevant industry experience (internships etc).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing technology (at least one CRM tool e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, MailChimp).
  • Degreequalified in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline (preferred).
