About the opportunity:

The Roster Coordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on team management - assisting with orientations, management of staff education and rostering.


The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow team members to achieve beneficial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver workload on time and on budget.

Desirable:


  • Experience in managing rostering & team member allocations.
  • High volume Human Resource planning experience.
  • Aged Care experience advantageous, yet not essential.
