This Branch plays a pivotal role in delivering timely and accurate HR services while building strong relationships with their employees and business areas.
The team in which this vacancy sits is responsible for managing all SES recruitment activities, onboarding, internal movements, and talent management initiatives.
Working as the Administrator/HR Advisor, you will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing procedural and administrative support, including assisting with the group mailbox, reporting, and drafting lesscomplex correspondence.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR strategies, frameworks, guidance, and reporting materials.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
- Collaborating across human resource functions to ensure a unified approach to work delivery.
- Conducting research and gathering information to inform decisionmaking.
- Contributing to team outcomes and promoting effective governance and continuous process improvement.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- Highlevel expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of broader HR services and workforce information.
- Experience in administration and/or coordination roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- A proven ability to contribute to the development of HR policies and strategies that support agency goals.
- Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- A solutionsfocused approach with a knack for initiative, innovation, and agility in the face of challenges.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, remaining flexible and adaptable to support other HR teams when needed.
- Strong teamwork and autonomy when required.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
There will be a probation period of 6 months for this position.
