About the Role:_


Perth based, we are seeking a Trainer/Assessor to join our team in our
Cert IV in Community Service, to start ASAP.

Skills and Experience:_


Essential:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Current Vocational competencies to the level of qualification and in the units being delivered.
  • Industry experience within the last two (2) years in specific vocational area of teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Understand students' needs and passionate about supporting students
  • Proof of Professional Development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training, and learning and assessment, including competencybased training and assessment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor
  • VET Qualifications in the required field
  • Sound knowledge of NVR for RTOs
  • Ability to teach and engage International Students
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
