Product Manager, Oceania - Region Europe & International

Opportunity Description

Are you passionate about supporting dealers and understanding customer requirements? Volvo Construction Equipment Sales Region Europe & Region International is currently looking for a product manager excavator to strengthen our team.

Your base will be in Australia but you will have daily contact with colleagues all over the world.
In your role, you will work in a dynamic environment providing product support to our dealers in Oceania.

You are expected to be a true excavator expert to your dealers and other stakeholders, offering products sales support to drive business forward.

Your main responsibilities consist of answering product related questions, launch new products, provide product sales training including argumentation against competitors, review offered product configuration for your markets and follow market trends.

You will be part of a great Product Management Team within Sales Region Europe & Region International. The excavator team consists of 13 product managers today and we support all parts of the organization. One of our focus areas is transition towards electromobility.

We are also responsible for providing feedback to the internal organization about the customer requirements in Oceania to help making our products even better.

At the same moment you will be working closely with the local market area team, meeting customers and dealers.

Qualification Required

University degree in engineering or equivalent in experience
Product knowledge on excavators is a clear advantage
