- Work closely with project stakeholders to define the change management strategy and roadmap for the ERP project. Identify potential risks and challenges related to change adoption and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, executives, department heads, and end-users. Build relationships, gain their buy-in, and actively communicate the project's goals, benefits, and impacts on their respective areas.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the organisational impact resulting from the ERP implementation.
- Identify and analyse potential changes in processes, roles, and responsibilities, and assess their effect on individuals and teams.
- Develop and implement change readiness assessments to gauge the organization's preparedness for change.
- Identify areas of resistance and develop targeted interventions to address concerns and build a supportive culture.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan that effectively communicates the purpose, progress, and benefits of the ERP project.
- Deliver clear and consistent messages to different stakeholder groups through various channels.
- Collaborate with the project team and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that empower end-users to effectively use the new ERP system.
- Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to ensure that changes are sustained over the long term. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Additional tasks as requested by your manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management within ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential obstacles and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops is desirable.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation processes is advantageous
