About the Role:

Our client, a world-class leader in the mining sector acclaimed for its delivery of crucial equipment and support services to mining operations globally, is seeking a hands-on Digital Transformation Analyst & Implementation Lead.

The role will play a pivotal role in identifying IT-driven process automation opportunities across diverse functions within the organisation, and leading their successful implementation.

Working as part of the broader enterprise, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and practical experience in implementing Digital Technology and AI solutions to drive automation & enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current processes and work flows to identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through the strategic integration of digital technologies and AI.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives in the form of digital transformation projects.
• Institute standardised procedures across departments to ensure uniformity and efficiency in process execution.
• Drive proactive change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
